Due to the hygienic nature of the products, purchases made are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

Products

• We HIGHLY recommend to do a small patch test for allergic reactions or sensitivity. 
• Please do not freeze or keep products out in the sun for long periods of time.
• While the products don't have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended to be used within 6-12 months after opening for best product quality.

Processing & Shipping

Orders have a 3-5 day processing time, this does not include the shipping time.
